Precision Machining Processes
All heads are pressure tested, cylinder head mating surfaces are machined with CBN for the proper RA finish, valve guides and valve seat areas are re-machined using out state of the art equipment, bowls are opened up, seats are trimmed and blended (others charge for this as stage one port job) New hardened seats, most casting slag is removed or machined and all heads are vacuum tested when assembled.
