I am trying to build a traditional type ford Hot rod. I'm trying to do it as inexpensive as possible. I'm looking for a flathead ford transmission from a 1939 to 1949 pick up.The transmission is a top loader with "78" on the case. If I have to I will buy entire engine and trans. if reasonable enough. I have a 4 speed for a chev diesel 6.2 to swap or sell if anyone needs one.
